Job Responsibilities:
1. Product R&D Testing: Responsible for functional testing, performance testing, and automated testing of the company's core products to ensure the highest quality standards are met during the development process.
2. Test Planning and Design: Design and execute comprehensive testing plans based on project requirements, develop detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of testing needs.
3. Defect Management and Tracking: Efficiently identify and track product defects, collaborate with the development team to quickly pinpoint the root cause of issues, and drive efficient resolution of problems.
4. Automated Testing Framework Development: Participate in the design and development of automated testing frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and enhance scalability and maintainability.
5. Continuous Integration and Testing Optimization: Optimize testing processes and tools in a Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) environment to enhance product delivery efficiency.
6. Technical Documentation and Reporting: Write clear and standardized testing reports, analyze and summarize testing results, and ensure transparency and traceability of issues.
7. Cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D engineers, and other teams to provide timely feedback and improvement suggestions, driving continuous quality improvement.

2. Testing Experience: At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in functional testing, performance testing, and automated testing methods.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in at least one automation testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, etc.), and familiar with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.) and defect management processes.
4. Programming Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, etc.), and the ability to write efficient and maintainable automated test scripts.
5. System Thinking and Quality Awareness: Strong system thinking skills, the ability to assess product quality from a holistic perspective, and the ability to independently judge and analyze complex technical issues.
